Information We Collect through the Games: VROkey may collect data from you that you voluntarily provide:

Information you provide in response to surveys about our Games;
Information you provide when seeking help from us, such as your name, Platform ID, Discord ID, email and records of the issues you experience
When you participate in social features such as chat, any audio, visual, and/or electronic information that you disclose may be read, copied, collected, or used by other players, and may become publicly available. Please make sure your privacy settings reflect your preferences.
When you participate in online multiplayer games (including multiplayer game modes), your in-game profile information, gameplay, and statistics are visible.
Other information we may collect when you play our games:
IP address;
Information about your device, hardware, and software, such as your hardware identifiers, platform type, settings and components, VROkey software and updates you have installed, and the presence of required plugins;
Approximate geolocation data (derived from IP or device settings);
Browser information, including your browser type and language preference;
Referring and exit pages, including pages viewed and other interactions with web content;
Details about what VROkey or Services you purchase or obtain, and your use of them;
Device event information, including crash reports, request and referral URLs, and system activity details (e.g., whether you encountered an error playing our games etc); and Other information (such as your likeness) that you may provide as part of your participation in the Games.
We do not rent, share, or sell your information to any third party, for any reason, except as provided herein. Contact information that we collect may be used for our own internal tracking purposes and to provide you with information that you may be interested in.
Information that is not personal or associated with any personally identifiable data, such as questions, comments, ideas, and suggestions, shall be deemed to be non-confidential and VROkey shall be free to disclose and use it for any purpose, without any obligation to you.
Use of Data: When you use our Services and Games, VROkey may collect and store data from your device, including information about your device hardware, and information about usage statistics. VROkey uses this information to operate and improve its operations and services, provide services to and communicate with you (including for marketing purposes), provide software updates, dynamically serve content and software support, and troubleshoot bugs or otherwise enhance your experience. If you participate in online services, Virtual Tourist also may collect, use, store, transmit and publicly display statistical data regarding game play (including scores, rankings and achievements), or identify content that is created and shared by you with other players.
Delation Of Personal Data: The User may request deletion of his/her Personal data processed on the basis of a legitimate interest by sending an email to info@negentra.com.tr in this Privacy Policy with the exact identification of the Game, server and User account. The message must contain a clear statement that the User requests deletion of his/her Personal data processed on the basis of a legitimate interest. If the email message does not clearly state that the User requests deletion of the Personal data processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, these personal data shall not be deleted. If the User has his/her email linked to his/her account in the game, the User must request the deletion of these personal data from that email. These personal data of the User shall be deleted within 60 days since the delivery of the request for deletion or when the Virtual Tourist’s legitimate interest expires.
Non-Identifiable Information: We may also use technology known as “cookies” or any other technology that tracks your travel through our site. Most browsers are set up to accept cookies. You may reset your browser so that these cookies are not accepted, however, if you do so, some of the functions of the website may be impaired.
Analytics: We may also use Google Analytics and other service providers to collect information regarding visitor behavior and demographics
Surveys, Sweepstakes, and Promotions: On our Services, you may be able to participate in surveys, sweepstakes, and other promotions. If you choose to participate in any of these, we may ask you to provide information such as your social media id’s, platform username, email address and such. We use this information to administer our contests, sweepstakes, and other promotions. We also may use the information to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions.
Children’s Privacy: Our Services are not directed to children nor do VROkey intentionally collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 13.
Legally Required Disclosure of Information: Although we strive to preserve the privacy of our visitors, we may be compelled to disclose personal information when required by law in situations where we have a good-faith belief that such action is legally required to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or other legal matter.
